Bruce has spent 37 years in financial services at Goldman Sachs and Carlyle as both an M&A banker and Chief Human Resources Officer. Over the course of his career Bruce developed a reputation of honesty, integrity, trustworthiness and thoughtful insights and advice. He has advised, coached and mentored professionals from analyst to CEO and all levels in between. His advice and guidance is always practical and reality-based. Bruce is thoughtful, a strong listener and a proven leader.

Bruce holds a B.A. from the University of Utah and an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago. Bruce has been dedicated to his wife for over 40 years and has five children and seven grandchildren.
