Having spent 32 years at Goldman Sachs, & Co. and nearly five years at The Carlyle Group, Bruce Larson has a unique foundation of experience from which to draw as an advisor on HR matters and an executive coach. At both Goldman and Carlyle Bruce served as CHRO advising senior leaders during particularly challenging phases of evolution (during Goldman’s IPO and Carlyle during the Covid pandemic and leadership transitions).
